Need help learning how to transfer files from one account to another web via FTP?
I know that it is possible to move files / directories from one to another web host via FTP ultilities, as I did in the past. But it has a few years ago that I did this. My current FTP client will only allow me to upload or download from my PC to the webhost. If I have to move many files I transfer that will take weeks. Is there a particular FTP client that I need have to do with, or FTP clients can be configured to do what I'm trying to do? Any quick help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for the help!
Moving entire folders at once. Click on a folder and click on download or upload. some hosts only allow you to upload via FTP here is a good service. it is an online FTP client you do not have to download. it's great when you're not on your own computer.
