Contact information for a company I placed an order with (www.sportingpads.com)?
An order placed for a few weeks ago, mousepads theme. Has received a confirmation, but have not received the product, or a shipping confirmation. Website has a "support" e-mail address (I have several messages sent), but the only phone number I can find for their web hosting company and will not talk about orders. How do I find a phone number or way to an honest response from this company receive? If I do not hear back from them my credit card company can assist me in obtaining a refund?
