Need hosting solution with the following: PHP: 4.3.10 +, MySQL 4.1, Linux Box, SSH is enabled, SVN Client, must root account. Need a dedicated solution.
If you really need a dedicated server, try http://www.rackspace.com in principle to sell the box and a backbone connection, nothing more. What you on the box is yours. Or would you go http://www.dreamhost.com who sells dedicated server hosting is more controlled. Again, what the box is yours. Otherwise it will be difficult to find shared hosting with the items you describe, because the PHP and MySQL versions you cite severely outdated.
