a 6th. We aim to Tuscany, which we have a Brunello, Amarone and one which we Venento a Suave, and Piedmont, where we have a good Barbaresco and Asti. Does anyone know a good Tuscan white that is not dry, too sweet? or another white one of these regions is a wine of high quality? We are also an espresso bar with Italian pastries, and Godiva chocolate OUVRES the hor. This is a big company party, hosted in a local fine jeweler.
Vernaccia di San Gimignano, this is the most famous Tuscan white wine, partly because of its origin in The area around the famous hill town of San Gimignano. It is made from the Vernaccia grape, and is a light, dry wine of very reliable quality. It is a good wine to drink with seafood, or Tuscan white rabbit stew and other meat dishes. It also complements meats such as prosciutto and salami. I wish I could come to your party! It sounds great.
