Some help from a Mary Kay director please.?
If I want to host a Web show, how can I offer free shipping or a 10% discount my customers? When they checkout / pay, they will automatically be charged the full amount and then I adjust / refund later, or how does that work? one thing say … I have my sister (out-of-state) hosts a Web show for me and I want all customer orders to be shipped to her, so there is only 1 shipping fee and then distributes them to her friends, is that an option?
Im not a manager but I am a Mary Kay IBC, you can code like a 10% discount on a bad 10JU09 use something like a code and give it to my client, to explain to that code into the comment section of the order, so if you by Mary Kay Intouch you know that the order to adapt. Make sure you write down the codes, so you forget what's what. I make all my codes for various promos. Makes life easier when I shop online customers be. The site is not always charging the card, You do. so you just simply adjust propay and via e-mail them a copy of the invoice. Explain that the card is never charged to all costs to adopt and it will be adjusted by you. hope that helps
