Does anyone know of Industrial Engineering, I really need much help!?
With the current system, some customers complain about the waiting. To this concerns are three options: Option A: Introduce a policy priority service for premium customers at a pre-established customers (such as check-in preferences redundant systems at hotels, airlines, etc.) Option B: Create a 2nd server (working in parallel with the 1st server), all customers. Option C: Create a 2nd server dedicated to serving only premium customers. Suppose that 20% of customers are considered as premium customers. Briefly (one page maximum) The merits of each option in terms of customer waiting (eg average length of queues and the total time in the system). I do not get what to say about each option? Please Help!
This is too easy … as a customer and ask yourself what would you do the system with each of the 3 options given to you PS OPTION B improve is the best way.
